214 Ave C, Apalachicola, FL 32320

Property Description

For sale—a fully renovated Florida Cottage located on Apalachicola Bay, within easy walking distance to Lafayette Park. Situated on an expansive and beautifully landscaped lot at the end of Ave C, the original cottage dates to the 1930s, however the owners had a vision to save this home. The sturdy brick walls remain, while the whole interior was thoughtfully redesigned to maximize functional living space and capture spectacular water views. The vaulted ceilings allow for beautiful natural light within the open living areas; the chef's kitchen showcases professional grade appliances and custom cabinetry; and the white oak flooring and wood walls and ceilings bring solidity and warmth to this home. The primary bedroom and luxury bathroom with water views is on the first floor, and an additional bedroom/bath is upstairs. However, most of your time will likely be spent on the expansive screen porch which captures serene water views and always a breeze. To complete the property is a newly built garage and spacious second floor guest studio also with views of Apalachicola Bay. The guess work has been done here, and this special cottage is not to be missed. Call for a private showing today!
